Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive an order number. We may call you to confirm cash-on-delivery orders before dispatch.
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid for it.
Prices & payment
In Bangladesh prices are in BDT and you can pay by cash on delivery or bKash. Outside Bangladesh prices are shown in your local currency and paid by card on Stripe.
Only pay to the numbers or accounts shown at checkout or shared from our official number. We never ask for your PIN or OTP.
Products
Colours can vary slightly from what you see on screen. Sizes may vary by about ±1 inch.
